We will get started with an INITIAL CONSULTATION. This allows for a better understanding of your medical history and current health concerns / goals which then provides me with the information needed to put together individualized PLAN to support you. This initial consultation is approx ~ 1 hour and is done over the phone.

Next, we will conduct your SECOND CONSULTATION to thoroughly discuss the comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plan that we will detail during this appointment. Treatment plans typically include further evaluation via blood work, nutraceuticals and/or herbal formulas, diet / lifestyle recommendations, most often acupuncture and ongoing monitoring. This session is highly recommended to discuss ways to optimize your health.

All consultations (other than acupuncture) are presently being doing virtually via phone - which works very well!

I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario and my fees can all be found on my online portal. If you have insurance coverage for Naturopathic Medicine, my services will be covered as outlined by your plan. Otherwise, they can be claimed as a medical expense on income tax.
